BayernLB lends €239m for Triuva Eurotower buy

Bavaria’s BayernLB has lent €239m to finance the purchase of Frankfurt’s Eurotower, former HQ of the European Central Bank, by Triuva, previously IVG Institutional Funds. It bought it this year for €480m.
