Autoridades do estado alemão da Baviera ameaçaram, em outubro, levar o governo federal à Justiça se Berlim não conseguisse controlar o fluxo de refugiados entrando no país. “Nos próximos 14 dias, demandaremos oficialmente que o governo federal reintroduza certas leis em relação às fronteiras”, disse Seehofer ao jornal Der Spiegel.
