Allegion, produttore irlandese, ma quotato al Nyse, di lucchetti, serrature e soluzioni per la sicurezza in genere (con brand come l'italiana Cisa e Kriptonite), ha raggiunto l'accordo per rilevare, attraverso la sussidiaria Allegion Luxembourg Holding Financing, la tedesca SimonsVoss Technologies da HgCapital.
