Young Bayern Munich star to leave

Young Bayern Munich midfielder Dale Jennings is after a move back to England after failing to settle in Bavaria.

Jennings, 20, earned a dream move to German giants Bayern from League One outfit Tranmere Rovers in 2011 after his first season as a professional footballer.

A number of clubs in England had been tracking the former Liverpool trainee before he decided to make the move to Germany and, despite impressing at Bayern, he is keen to move back home to England after two years at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern have reluctantly accepted Jennings’ wish to move and his agent, Neil Sang, says that a number of clubs have have expressed an interest in the winger.

Sang told Sky Sports, “Dale is keen to come back to England and Bayern with a heavy heart have reluctantly agreed to let him move on for the right offer.

“Dale has enjoyed his time at Bayern and the only reason for him to leave is for personal reasons as he has just not settled in Germany.

“There has already been a great deal of interest shown in Dale from clubs in the Premier League and Championship and I am speaking to those interested clubs as we hope to sort out something on Dale’s future as soon as possible.”

Jennings’ time at Bayern has been hampered by injury having missed half of the season for Bayern’s second string side, Bayern Munich II.
