Tipico confirms Bayern Munich Platinum Partnership

European sports betting operator Tipico Sportwetten (Tipico), has officially confirmed its betting partnership with FC Bayern München (Bayern Munich), the Malta operated sportsbook will become an official platinum partner of the Bavaria football club.

Tipico governance confirmed that the partnership agreement had been signed for a further four years, however the firm did not disclose financial terms

The agreements represents Tipico’s largest partnership as the sports betting brands looks to continue its expansion in Germany and Austria betting markets. Tipico already has sponsorship deals in place across the Bundesliga, notably with Hamburger SV and FC Hoffenheim.

FC Bayern Munich are Germany’s best supported and most successful football club in German football, FC Bayern Munich are current Bundesliga leaders (8 points clear). The football club plays its matches at the Allianz Arena (capacity – 75,000). Deutsche Telekom are the clubs current official shirt sponsor
