The new CRUISER 41S successfully started its European regatta season with a third place at the Kornati cup in Croatia.

A total of 100 yachts started the event between the 26th and 30th of April with five races between Murter, the Marina Piskera in the Kornates, Biograd and back to Murter. The new BAVARIA CRUISER 41S was introduced only in January as a world premiere at the boot in Dusseldorf. With the extra performance from the Sport version, this new model is always at the forefront of the ORC racers evaluation. After jumping the gun at the start the CRUISER 41 fought its way back to an impressive result. (Single results: 1st place -2nd place -7th place -12th place)

“The speed potential of the CRUISER 41 S is huge and we could experience its potential in comparison to nearly 39 other yachts in our start group.

Only a higher mast and a little more draft in the keel distinguishes the outside of the CRUISER 41 S from her sister ship, the CRUISER 41. In addition, what is hidden behind the „S“ Sport badge is a lot of important equipment for the easy and quick handling of the CRUISER 41 S on the regatta course. About 70 percent of the participant yachts at the Kornati cup carried the BAVARIA logo on their sails and we expect this to increase even more next year.
