Says restaurant review had too much negativism

Twice a year, four friends from Eastern N.C. visit us in Asheville for a week. As we plan our activities, one of the first things someone will say is “When are we going to the Bavarian?” This has been our tradition for many years.
We happened to be enjoying lunch at the Bavarian when Susi Seguret and her crew were there dining and taking pictures for the review. We were pleased to hear this because we had been supportive of Janis, the new owner, since she purchased the restaurant from Doc Homburg.
Having lived in Bavaria for two years, we learned to love the traditional Bavarian dishes and have always been pleased with the schnitzels, brats, other traditional Bavarian dishes and beer selection. In addition to the dining, the unique décor adds to our enjoyment. Who cares where the bread and its delicious butter comes from?
While all restaurant reviewers bring their own bias to their work, we felt there was too much negativity in this review.
When our friends come again, we will lunch at the Bavarian.
