Ribery wants to end career with Bayern

Franck Ribery says he wants to remain at Bayern Munich beyond his current deal and may well see out the rest of his career in Bavaria.

The 29-year-old failed to settle in the early part of his career and had already played for six clubs by the time he arrived at the Allianz Arena in 2007.
But the France international winger looks to have put down his roots at Bayern and has become an integral part of the club’s success in recent times.
He is contracted to the Bundesliga giants until the end of the 2014-2015 campaign but, despite the fact that he will be 32 years old by then, the former Marseille is hopeful that he will not have to find another club before calling time on his career.
“I am bound to Bayern until June 2015,” he said. “I see myself extending my contract again, but first I will talk to Bayern president Uli Hoeness.
“In any case, I have not changed my mind, I see myself finishing my career at Bayern Munich.”
