A global manufacturer of analog semiconductor components is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), to grow the business across Southern Germany.

The product range will cover general analog components, power electronics and sensors. This will attend to a mixed-market customer base, although there will be an emphasis placed on automotive tier-1s/OEMs based in Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg.

The requirements for this role are:

– A solid sales track record

– A good understanding of analog/mixed-signal semiconductors

– An electronics degree/technical background

– Business fluent German and English

Automotive experience/knowledge of automotive applications and standards is a ‘nice to have’. My client will move quickly on this position, and provide a supportive network to ensure a smooth transition. Their office is in Munich, but they can also consider applicants from Stuttgart in order to be closer to key customers.
