Product Marketing Manager – RF Tuner – Bavaria

My Client has a need for a RF Tuner Product marketing Manager to own and manage specified Software Defined Radio products from conception right through to End-of-Life, and all stages in between

You will be responsible

– For driving development of current products in RD /Business Group Development, and defining future related products.

– To own and manage specified Software Defined Radio products from conception right through to End-of-Life, and all stages in between.

– Responsible for driving development of current products in RD /Business Group Development, and defining future related products.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify key market segments and target customers.

 Analyse and prioritise requirements; arbitrate as necessary, and map to a roadmap that meetsstakeholders’ requirements.

* Coordinate with other platform product lines.

 Develop compelling business cases and write marketing requirement documentation .

 Track and drive development progress of product different internal Divisions.

 Define product announcement plans and drive through to execution.

 Generate external and internal presentation and training materials.

 Maintain competition database, generate analysis of competition and presentation material, inform stakeholders and publish internally.

 Maintain product price projections in conjunction with relevant groups

 Identify and communicate resource requirements to manager.

Requirements

 Degree in a relevant discipline or significant relevant and successful product management experience.

 Strong practical experience of project/programme management in a semiconductor industry

 Previous experience of customer and product marketing in a silicon chip

 Strong hands on technical background in company.

 Knowledge and understanding of relevant car radio markets, customers, technologies, standards and trends.

 Articulate; ability to describe technical electronics.

 Knowledge of radio technology, transmission standards and audio processing technologies strongly desired

 Marketing Qualification hardware and software is required.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Ability to negotiate and influence others.
