Porsche Boxster Splits Into Two after Deadly Crash in Bavaria

The Porsche Boxster is undoubtedly a fast car. It might be the entry-level Porsche but even the standard Boxster has a powerful 2.7-litre naturally aspirated engine that can produce 261 hp and 280 Nm of torque. Moreover, it can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.8 seconds with a top speed of 264 km/h.

Thus one needs to be highly attentive and cautious when driving such a car. If the driver is reckless, he could put himself and other people on the road in danger. One such man, aged 55, paid the cost for rash driving when he rammed his Boxster into a tree in Bavaria, Germany.

The driver died owing to the impact of the accident and the Boxster split into two pieces. The pictures of the horror crash can be seen in this article. According to an eyewitness, the Boxster was speeding down the road and tried a very risky overtaking manoeuvre. However, the driver soon lost control of the car and consequently, the latter bounced off the road and into the tree.

It is said that it will take several months at the workshop and more than €10,000 to repair the Boxster. This incident tells us the dangers associated with speeding and how crucial it is to be a safe driver especially if you own a sportscar.
