They?ve been around since the late noughties and have taken great pride in crafting some of the highest quality casual gaming experiences on the market with their titles having now having been played over 10 BILLION times!!!

Thanks to their success they are now looking to begin the next stage of their development with an expansion of their product portfolio to encompass mid-core as well as casual gaming experiences. For this they are looking to hire a number of highly accomplished developers to join their already talented team, including an experienced PHP Developer.

Overview
The PHP Developer will be responsible for; the implementation of server-side game logic, creating a reliable and secure server backend for challenging new games, and implementing server-side game logic.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
– 3+ years of professional experience as a PHP developer
– Advanced knowledge of databases, database engineering, especially in MySQL
– Experience with NoSQL databases, e.g. Cassandra, is a plus
– Excellent skills in PHP, familiar with the MVC pattern
– Experience with version control tools (git/svn)
– Experience of working in SCRUM
– Prior experience in PHPUnit
– Previous experience with UNIX system and server setup
– Prior experience in game development is an advantage
– Strong knowledge in JavaScript
