Seeking a location for the city’s new public works building continues to evolve. But a decision could be made at the Monday, April 8 council meeting.

A possible new location proposal came before the city, which Uram reported at the council’s March 11 meeting. Jeff Hartman of Hartman Tree Farm contacted the city, offering to sell 10 acres of land to the city. The property is located between land owned by the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum on the north side, and the tree farm buildings on the south side. The address of the property is 8099 Bavaria Road.
