Liverpool target Xherdan Shaqiri could leave current club Bayern Munich in January, according to Kicker.
The winger was not allowed to leave Bavaria for Merseyside over the summer, but his agent has revealed that talks will take place before the January transfer window.
Shaqiri is eager to play regular first-team football and would be willing to leave Munich to get it.
Liverpool have had a long-term interest in the Swiss star, reportedly bidding for the 22-year-old over the summer and failing to prise him away from the Allianz Arena.

They could reignite their interest if the young winger becomes available in January.
Shaqiri impressed at the World Cup last summer, scoring a hat-trick in Switzerland’s 3-0 victory over Honduras in Brazil.
The highly-rated Bayern Munich man moved to Bavaria in 2012 from Swiss giants FC Basel, but has struggled to play as regularly as he would like – given that the German champions boast Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery among their ranks.
Shaqiri has completed 81% of his passes this season.
