Honorary Consulate of Kyrgyzstan opens in Bavaria and Thuringia (Germany)

The Honorary Consulate of Kyrgyzstan is opened in Bavaria and Thuringia (Germany), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the KR reported.

The official opening was held in Wolfratshausen (suburb of Munich) on March 21. Reinhold Kremmel will head the Honorary Consulate. Also the Kyrgyz Diaspora organized Nowruz celebration in Bavaria.

“The opening of the Honorary Consulate of the KR in the south f Germany will give good urge for development of direct contacts and collaboration between Kyrgyzstan and such federal lands of Germany as Bavaria and Thuringia,” the ministry notes.

Moreover, Kyrgyz folklore group Dastan and Atai Omurzakov performed concerts in Munich on March 21-22.
