Hanover police announce Dutch Festival parking restrictions

Hanover Police announce the following parking restrictions and road closures on Saturday for the annual Dutch Festival.

Hanover packs annual Dutch Festival with family-friendly activities

The restrictions will be enacted on midnight Friday:

No parking on Center Square and the first blocks of Baltimore Street, Broadway, Carlisle Street and Frederick Street;

No parking in the first block of South Franklin Street;

No parking on North Franklin Street from Frederick Street to West Park Avenue.

Those vehicles found in violation of the parking restrictions will be ticketed and towed.

Roadways entering Center Square will be closed to all traffic at 5:30 a.m. Saturday with detour routes posted. Center Square will reopen following the event at approximately 6 p.m.
