•Escondido, California-based Stone Brewing has released Stone Pale Ale 2.0, a revamped version of the brewer’s flagship Stone Pale Ale. Hitting shelves this week, the new 6%-abv entry is made using Mandarina Bavaria—a relatively new hop varietal from Germany’s Bavaria region—as well as Magnum and Herkules hops. Stone Pale Ale 2.0 will be available year-round across 42 states, both in 12-ounce bottle six-packs and on draft. In addition to the original Pale Ale, Pale Ale 2.0 joins the Smoked Porter, IPA, Ruination, Cali-Belgique IPA and Go To IPA entries in Stone’s year-round portfolio.
