EuroMaint sells German fleet maintenance unit

EuroMaint Germany focuses primarily on the maintenance and repair of passenger and freight rolling stock, employing more than 800 staff at its facilities in Delitzsch, Duisburg, Kaiserslautern, Leipzig, and Oberhausen (Bavaria).

The transaction is subject to terms and conditions for financing, and completion of the sale is expected within the first quarter of this year.

Euromaint says the disposal will enable it to focus on its core Swedish operations, which generated turnover of SKr 1.2bn ($US 140m) and Ebitda of SKr 65m between January and September 2015.
