These German exchange students, from Ingolstadt, Bavaria, spent three weeks in Chanhassen and Chaska high schools and lived with local host families.

Chanhassen and Chaska’s third-year German language students will visit their German counterparts in Ingolstadt, Bavaria next summer as part of the German American Partnership Program. The German exchange students visited the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul during one of their Twin Cities excursions.

Chanhassen and Chaska high schools’ German language students met their German counterparts in September when 20 German students from Apian Gymnasium, Ingolstadt, Bavaria. arrived to to stay with their host families in District 112. The German students arrived Sept. 13 and left on Sept. 28. They spent three weeks with their host families in Chanhassen, Carver, and Chanhassen, attending school with their student exchange partners, and living with their families, learning how American families live.
