CBRE Global wins €500m global mandate from Bavarian BVK

Germany’s largest public pension fund manager Bavaria’s BVK with over €60bn in assets, has awarded a €500m separate account mandate to CBRE Global Investors as it looks to increase and diversify its global property investment portfolio. It aims to raise this to €1bn over time.
