Bavarian home rents, values surge since 2006 – JLL, GBW

Housing in south German state Bavaria has shown strong performance over the past years, with monthly rents surging by 25% since 2006 to an average €8.25 per sq.m. and apartment values soaring 39% to €2,540, say realtor JLL and local housing firm GBW.
