Bavarian Fun Fest draws big crowd

SHARON, Pa. (WKBN) – Polka music and the aroma of ethnic food fill the air in Sharon this weekend.

The 2015 Bavarian Fun Fest continues this weekend at Quaker Steak and Lube.

The festival features concerts, ethnic food vendors and carnival games highlighting the traditions of the Bavaria and Central Europe.

Organizer Kady Burnett said the crowds have been good this year at the fest and said the art tent is a big draw.

The festival will remain open until midnight Saturday, with fireworks beginning at dusk. The fest runs through Sunday.
