Bainbridge rowers share an epic tale

“Rowing the Danube: A Bavarian Odyssey” comes to the Bainbridge Public Library at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 15.

The talk is presented by master rowers Karen Campbell, Barbara Jeantrout, Catherine Morrow, Ann Munro and Barbara Shane.

As part of a 2014 “tour row” in Germany, five women from Bainbridge Island Rowing navigated 260k down the Danube from the Weltenburg Narrows to Passau. Learn about their adventure and the beautiful world of Bavaria.
