Around 300 protesters marched through Wurzburg in Northern Bavaria on Saturday in support of asylum seekers. Starting at Wurzburg’s main train station, the protesters marched to Vierroehrenbrunnen, the city’s central square, where they held a rally and made speeches. People waved flags and plaques with slogans such as ‘refugees welcome’ and ‘freedom of movement is everybody’s right!’ The protest was overall peaceful with no incidents of arrests reported.
